Job Summary:
Ganga Roller Flour Mills is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our
finance team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of postqualification experience and be responsible for managing financial audits, tax
compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a key role in driving
financial strategies and ensuring that the company meets all regulatory and
compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial statements, reporting, and analysis
Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, GST, and other statutory
requirements
Lead the external and internal audit processes
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
Coordinate with other departments for financial data gathering and reporting
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely
payments
Qualifications and Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and financial regulations
Experience in tax planning and statutory compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
