To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Education required: bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or similar fields MBA/master’s degree or equivalent in Supply chain / Logistics is preferred12+ years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions with a strong focus on integration (Min 5 Years) in Kinaxis Solution Engineer roles, including Snowflake hands on expertise · Proven experience in supply chain planning solutions is mandatory. Strategic landscape and integrations definition, long-term technology road mapping, and project delivery leadership experience are required.Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including Supply, Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Demand SensingExtensive experience in overseeing integrations between Kinaxis, Snowflake and SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECC, including data flow design and system interoperability.Knowledge of cloud technologies, data architecture, and enterprise integration patterns is desirable · Acts as a strategic liaison, facilitating key discussions between DTS, Kinaxis teams, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.Proven experience in leading and collaborating with diverse, cross-cultural teams across various geographies to identify challenges, gather requirements, and drive design & architectural decisions.Strong ability to navigate ambiguous situations, demonstrating a proactive approach to clarify requirements and foster collaboration among multiple stakeholders.Exceptional time management and organizational skills; adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on influencing and guiding stakeholders towards effective technology solutions.To Be ConsideredClick the Apply button and complete the online application process.
