- Engage in effective communication in both English and French.
- Provide language support for French-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide insights and analysis on budget variances.
- Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable.
- Monitor and manage student fee payments and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and generate financial reports for management review.
- Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com) / ok with any other qualification with mandatory experience in Accounts/Finance/Banking
- Proficiency in French at B1 level or above.
- Prior experience in accounting roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
