If leading MEP works to successful completion excites you, this role is the perfect fit!As a Supervisor MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical installation works, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects run according to design, specifications, and timelines.RequirementsMinimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.At least 3–5 years of experience in MEP supervision within construction or property projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical power & lighting systems.Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage schedules, lead teams, and ensure compliance with technical standards.ResponsibilitiesEnsure MEP works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical systems, panels, etc.) are executed according to drawings and technical specifications.Act as the liaison between main contractors, MEP subcontractors, and supervising consultants.Prepare and monitor work schedules, and provide daily/weekly/monthly progress and corrective action reports.Conduct Testing & Commissioning and coordinate with vendors for system handover (e.g., AC, genset, lift).Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve on-site challenges and ensure project timelines are met.Our selection procedure in a nutshellOur interview process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and our Users.
