Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and talented JUNIOR VIDEO EDITOR AND MOTION GRAPHIC ARTIST to join our team at Beyoung.in. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motion graphics, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create visually stunning animations and effects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's visual identity and elevate our digital content through engaging motion graphics. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Create eye-catching animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content and storytelling. Develop motion graphics templates and assets for use across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in branding and style. Incorporate typography, illustrations, and other elements to create dynamic and compelling motion graphics. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design, animation techniques, and software tools. Work closely with video editors, illustrators, and other team members to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines. Manage and organize motion graphics assets, including file storage, naming conventions, and version control. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for motion graphic projects. Contribute to the overall creative process by providing input and feedback on visual design and animation. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field. Proven experience (1-2 years) in motion graphics design, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition. Knowledge of animation techniques, including keyframing, easing, and timing. Experience with 2D and 3D animation is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE- A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics work and creative projects is required.
