JOB DESCRIPTION In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Oracle Fusion Cloud migration support and post cloud migration support for MEA World area Responsible for facilitating trainings mainly on Oracle Fusion cloud related trainings for the World Area Act as a liaison between business users and development teams bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction and confirming expectations Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements Develop and supervise system documents related to the changes and enhancements done to the process and system. Respond to customer requests regarding issues in system and enhancements and escalate issues if required for faster resolution. Prepare test plan, test scripts for system testing, functional testing and implement the plan. Represent MEA in global IT meetings within the portfolio mentioned Who You Are: You will provide advice and develop technology implementation strategies in alignment to business processes and various business units in MEA World Area. This role is a great opportunity working across functions and business units in the world area but also globally. For This Role, You Will Need: 5 yrs of experience in ERP implementation Knowledge with Oracle ERP in various modules (SCM, Finance, Project et al) Intermediate project management skills and presentation delivery Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) Business Process knowledge (Quote to Cash) Good interpersonal skills using English, both spoken and written.
