This is a multi-functional role offering end-to-end involvement from concept to deployment, working at the intersection of finance, technology, and business transformation.Design & Deliver Solutions

Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for small and large business requirements aligned with Syngenta's GSM standards
Drive fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders, researching processes and gathering requirements
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and review solution designs
Collaborate with our System Implementation partners and Application Support teams to ensure successful delivery

Manage Stakeholders & Integration

Act as the bridge between Business users, IS organization, Business Architecture, and cross-tower teams
Manage cross-functional integration points across Production & Supply, Sales & Distribution, MDM, and Data & Information teams
Review and approve key deliverables including Solution Design Documents, FRS, and Testing plans

Lead Implementation & Support

Provide steady-state support for small change delivery
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for business users
Track and resolve hypercare issues post-deployment
Work with cutting-edge technologies

QualificationsEssential Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in Finance and Procurement processes including:
Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Ledger
Internal & External Reporting, Treasury
Costing, FP&A, Asset Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting
Materials Management & Procurement

Technical Expertise

Proven SAP Finance, Controlling, and Procurement implementation experience
Strong understanding of SAP module integration (FI, CO, MM with other modules)
Experience writing Functional Specifications for ABAP objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
Deep knowledge of end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle

Leadership & Initiative

Demonstrated success leading Automation projects
Ability to take initiative and drive projects independently
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Qualifications

CA (Chartered Accountant) or MBA in Finance required
