- Plan & Lead effective material management of all FG, RM, PM, SPRE to customers in a cost-effective manner.
- Finalize KPI indicator of operational activity and strictly monitor processes and compliance of SOP.
- Organize and schedule all the necessary resources required to accomplish the sale and production activity.
- Effectively communicate with the customers to understand and resolve their constraints to get customer happiness for the benefit of company.
- Review stock position and closely coordinate with concern stack holders to liquidate the aged stock.
- Lead to organize inter department coordination meeting to identify the operational gaps with action to resolution.
- Ensure to achieve benchmarking in efficiently handling mtrl. volume v/s manpower.
- Plan and Monitor workplace health and safety requirement and ensure for strict compliance.
- Promote and Monitor safety regulations and take proactive action to create positive safety culture
- To identify, evaluate and remove safety obstacles which identified during safety rounds.
- Rollout 5’s to achieve operational excellence
- Plan for area wise tool box talk and monitor the same compliance of safety regulations by designing zone wise leadership.
- Implement and ensure compliance for all work procedures and safety standard to execute the task as per set process to build robust safety culture.
- To create motivating, organizing and encouraging work environment within the workforce to ensure defined productivity target are met.
- Build and maintain positive work environment where team members and contributors are valued and recognized.
- Subordinate development and Job rotation plan by organizing require training to enhance skills
- Define clear job responsibility and recommend for skill assessment of staff, Identify gaps, provide multitasking training and monitor progress to deliver his best.
