If you're hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there's only one choice.Senior Expert - Sourcing Support (Turkish Language)POSITION PURPOSEThe Procurement Operations Expert Turkish -Speaking Procurement Specialist will support end-to-end procurement processes, ensure accurate price updates, handle PR to PO conversions, oversee post-PO activities, and contribute to content creation and vendor master data (VMD) management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • PR to PO conversion: Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and convert them into purchase orders (PO) efficiently.
  • Post-PO activities: Monitor order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Content creation & modification: Develop and update procurement-related documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
  • Vendor Master Data (VMD) management: Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Support collaboration with business requesters, country partners, and suppliers through clear and impactful communication.
  • Operational Support: Provide support in various operational activities such as order price, pay term validation, checks in SAP, PO reopening for necessary adjustments, and handling quotation requests to ensure the best supplier selection.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Language proficiency: Native or fluent Turkish speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration. Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills: Basic procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Other Skills: Accountability, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
