We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who can handle the full recruitment cycle while also managing basic accounting functions, payroll processing, and employee salary records. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both talent acquisition and financial record keeping , ensuring smooth HR and accounts operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, and deductions.Assist in preparing monthly salary statements and ensuring timely salary disbursements.Support basic accounting functions like invoice tracking, expense recording, and petty cash handling.Prepare and maintain HR and accounts reports for management.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Accounts, or related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment and accounts/payroll.Knowledge of HR processes, payroll software, and basic accounting tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
