- Content Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end content workflow from intake to deployment, ensuring streamlined processes, data flow management, and operational efficiency. Direct the content needs to the appropriate internal partner (GCC).
- Campaign Execution: Document business requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute content marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Technology & Tools: Manage content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) platforms, and workflow automation tools.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of resources, balancing creative demands with operational capabilities.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external partners to support content distribution.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain content governance policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and brand consistency.
- Performance & Reporting: Establish key performance metrics for content operations, leveraging data to improve workflows and content efficiencies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance content supply chain efficiency, reducing bottlenecks and increasing agility.
- 5+ years of experience in content operations, marketing project management, or digital content delivery.
- Expertise in marketing technology, workflow automation, data management, and content distribution platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of omnichannel campaign planning, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Understanding of architectures, APIs, and performance optimization.
