Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the paints and coatings sector across the Hyderabad region. The role demands a strategic approach to client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, with a strong focus on industrial and infrastructure projects. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Identify and secure new business opportunities in both B2B and B2G markets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to promote the value of our coating solutions. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs through ongoing market research. Submit accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and service satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. Job Requirements : Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paints, coatings, or chemical sector. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline will also be considered. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Sound knowledge of the paints, coatings, or chemical industry. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
