The role involves 75% field work and 25% calling activities.Daily onboarding of a minimum of 2 Delivery Executives (DEs) per dayEnsure First Order Delivery (FOD) is completed for all newly onboarded DEs.Collect competitor earning screenshots regularly for benchmarking purposes.Conduct daily meetings with Delivery Executives (minimum 40 DEs per day).Drive engagement, performance improvement, and resolve on-ground issues proactively.The Fleet Manager is expected to take full ownership of the zone, ensure consistent onboarding, improve activation metrics, and maintain strong engagement with DEs.
