This role is ideal for someone who blends expertise in nutrition and slimming treatments with strong interpersonal and sales capabilities. You will be responsible for leading consultations, designing personalized wellness journeys, and mentoring a team to achieve performance excellence.As a key face of the clinic, you will interact directly with clients to understand their health goals, lifestyle patterns, and body composition. Based on detailed assessments, you will recommend suitable slimming solutions, including advanced treatments such as cryolipolysis (cryo), lipolysis (lypo), inch-loss therapies, and customized diet plans. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and convert consultations into successful treatment plans will be critical to your success.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth slimming consultations and assess client requirements, medical history, and lifestyle factors
Recommend appropriate treatments such as cryo, lypo, and other body contouring solutions
Design and monitor personalized diet and nutrition plans aligned with client goals
Drive revenue by achieving individual and clinic-level sales targets through effective counselling and upselling
Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, retention, and follow-up engagement
Train, guide, and manage junior counsellors and clinic staff to ensure consistent service delivery
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in slimming, nutrition, and wellness
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
1–6 years of experience in slimming counselling, wellness clinics, or aesthetic centers
Strong knowledge of slimming treatments such as cryo, lypo, inch loss, and weight management techniques
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a client-facing role
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Leadership mindset with experience in training or mentoring team members is a plus
Customer-centric approach with a passion for health, wellness, and transformation
