Youll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring experience across different regions and time zones.Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment internationally (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and proactive outreach
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and databases
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards and labor regulations
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle international recruitment
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation methods
- Experience working with a wide range of industries and roles
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity when recruiting across regions
- Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS systems
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience working remotely and across time zones is a must
