Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.Completing all administration tasks on time.Ensures timely completion of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Prevent to Maintains Service) inspections documentation for assigned accounts.Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.Having general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.Resolving issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.Collaborating with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.The incumbent will be based out of Hyderabad.Required QualificationsThis role requires 3 plus years of field experience in CT/Gamma Modality is preferred.Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.
