
AVP – Investor Relations (PMS/AIF)

- Build and manage partnerships with distribution channels like Wealth Management Firms, IFAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.
- Source and engage potential clients across HNI, Ultra-HNI, and institutional segments for PMS and AIF products.
- Lead client acquisition initiatives, handle investor pitches, and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with Investment and Product teams to understand and effectively communicate product strategies and value propositions.
- Drive periodic roadshows, webinars, and investor education sessions.
- Track competitor activity, market developments, and regulatory trends relevant to PMS and AIF segments.
- Achieve predefined asset growth targets while maintaining compliance with SEBI and internal governance norms.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
- 10–14 years of experience in PMS/AIF sales or distribution—ideally within an AMC, wealth management firm, or registered investment advisor.
- Strong existing relationships with distribution channels and client segments.
- Deep familiarity with capital markets, PMS/AIF product structures, regulatory environment, and investor segmentation.
- Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with academic credentials of B. Com or MBA in Commerce or Marketing.
