Reports to: Director of Operations / Senior ManagementKey Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with company and client requirements.Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.Use project management tools to track deliverables and performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).3–7 years of proven experience in project management.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
