- Translate the company's vision into clear, executable strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Lead annual planning cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
- Partner with the CEO to evaluate new market opportunities, strategic alliances, and product innovation
- Direct all core functions: Sales, Delivery, Product Development, Operations, HR, and Finance.
- Guarantee world-class client delivery across Data, Cloud, Analytics, Automation, and AI/ML solutions.
- Establish scalable processes and performance frameworks to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Revenue Growth & Business Development Spearhead sales and business development across priority regions (India, UAE, KSA, Japan, USA, Nordics).
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and resellers.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Champion a culture rooted in innovation, integrity, and client-centricity.
- Design and oversee leadership development programs to strengthen the future talent pipeline.
- Manage P&L, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Anticipate business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies across projects and markets.
- 18+ years of leadership experience in technology, consulting, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Demonstrated success in scaling technology services or product businesses across global markets.
- Deep expertise in Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Automation domains.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience operating in dynamic, high-growth environments from startup to scale-up.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently deliver on annual growth targets.
