The role also involves assisting customers in selecting appropriate eyewear while ensuring good customer service in the showroom.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct eye examinations and vision tests
- Diagnose vision issues such as myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism
- Prescribe spectacles or contact lenses
- Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
- Provide guidance on eye care and lens usage
- Maintain records of prescriptions and test results
- Handle optical instruments properly
- Support showroom sales and customer service
- Coordinate with team for smooth operations
- Diploma in Optometry or B.Sc in Optometry
