Detailed JD Position: Assistant Warden (FEMALE ONLY) with a minimum of 3 plus years of experience. Responsibilities Ensure the well-being and safety of all hostel residents. Address student grievances and provide appropriate support and counseling. Manage hostel admissions, room allocation, and check-ins/outs. Maintain accurate records of hostel residents and related administrative data. Ensure proper functioning of hostel facilities such as water supply, electricity, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Enforce hostel rules and regulations to maintain a disciplined and secure environment. Monitor hostel premises to prevent any unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of students. Respond promptly to any security or emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary. Be prepared to handle emergency situations such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen incidents. Inform university authorities and relevant departments in case of critical incidents. Maintain records of student attendance and report any irregularities to the university administration. Prepare periodic reports on hostel activities, incidents, and student welfare issues for management review. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Previous experience in student housing or residential management is an MUST. Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in regional and English languages is preferred. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and responsibly. Knowledge of hostel-related regulations and safety guidelines is desirable.
