Responsibilities . Experience in ServiceNow , similar ITSM tools. . ITIL certifications preferred. . End user issue analysis. , follow up and provide resolution. . Co-ordinate end to end written response between internal teams and clients externally. . Off shore support with rolling shift. . Managing the tickets & ensure SLAs are met. . Experience in web application support experience in a technical/functional support environment. . Experience troubleshooting web applications and strong hold on SQL (SQL Server). . Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with the hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products. . Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience. . Ability to talk to the client and get the Business Requirements . Performs code reviews. Communicates and enforces coding standards Preferred qualifications . Certification in leading RPA Products e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism certifications .
