Lead complete HVAC product development lifecycle: concept, design, validation, and production release
Develop new products and variants based on customer and market requirements
Review design drawings, BOMs, SOPs, manuals, and technical documentation
FEA/CFD, and validation testing
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, AHRI, ISHRAE, ISO standards
Drive DFM, DFA, DFC, cost reduction, and value engineering initiatives
Lead DFMEA, risk assessment, RCA, and corrective actions
Coordinate with CFT (Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and also Suppliers )
Provide technical support for pre‑bid, submittals, and customer discussions
Mentor and manage the team

Desired Skills

Strong expertise in SolidWorks
Working knowledge of FEA / CFD tools
Good understanding of HVAC systems, materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T
Experience with FMEA, 8D, validation & quality tools
Strong communication, leadership, and project ownership skills
