Job Title: Senior Accountant Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Location: Faridabad, Haryana Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability Education: Bachelor's Experience: Accounting - 4 to 5 years Ability to Relocate: Faridabad, Haryana Responsibilities Manage the overall accounting function of the company, including financial reporting, auditing financial statements, bookkeeping, taxation, compliance, and providing financial advice. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are recorded properly. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements like income statement, balance sheet, etc. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Review the company's systems and analyze risk. Handle all tax compliance, including filing tax returns and computing tax liabilities. Advise on tax planning and ensure tax optimization. Interact with external statutory auditors for the annual audit process. Oversee cash flow management and bank-related activities. Forecast and monitor budgets, profits, and losses. Handle compliances with Indian laws. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory requirements. Provide counsel on areas of business improvement or dealing with insolvency. Manage junior colleagues. Negotiate terms with suppliers. Qualifications And Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance functions. Experience working in the garment industry is a plus. Expertise in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards. Hands-on experience in corporate and indirect taxation. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Hindi.
