We are currently looking for a highly motivated, flexible team member to join our team, to handle day to day operationsJob Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge on the Quote to Cash process
- Knowledge of handling processes on Order Mgmt, SPM , AR, Cloud Ops, Provisioning is must
- Provides expert process knowledge support to team on queries coming up for Provisioning, Terminations, Customer Data, etc
- Experience in Fusion Business intelligence would be an added advantage
- Should manage all the escalations until closure.
- Responsible to work on RCA and ability to identify gaps in the End to End process & reports to business
- Should assist and guide the team members on the nonstandard cases
- Identify and push for process improvement/ automation wherever required
- Manage Stakeholder relationships & help imbibing Customer Centric Behavior
- Collaborates cross functionally to deliver on shared objectives
- Uses insight gained across organizational boundaries to inform future practices and increase synergies
- Should have advanced business communication skills

- This requisition is for English language resource for Sr.Analyst (IC1 Level)
- Any Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Flexible to work in shifts MUST
- The Candidate should have degree in any of the streams and should have good command both in written and verbal communication
- Experience in SPM / OPC / TAS Knowledge / Order Management / CPQ/ IB / OKS / Service Contracts applications will be an added advantage.
