We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content & Campaign Operations Executive with 2-3 years of experience in digital content and campaign execution.- The role involves managing website content using enterprise CMS platforms, executing marketing campaigns through automation tools, and creating digital articles to support business and customer engagement objectives. - Candidates with experience in any one CMS are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided on other platforms.Key Responsibilities : Content Management & Website Operations :- Update, maintain, and publish website content using ICMS or Drupal or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Perform content uploads, page updates, banner changes, metadata updates, and link validation. - Use HTML/CSS to make minor layout, formatting, and content-level adjustments within CMS platforms. - Ensure website content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content updates and timely execution. Campaign Creation & Automation (MoEngage) :- Create, configure, and execute marketing campaigns using MoEngage. - Set up audience segmentation, triggers, user journeys, and campaign scheduling. - Execute push notifications, email campaigns, and in-app messages as per business requirements. - Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and within defined timelines. Content & Article Creation :- Create and publish articles for the website and MBOL platform. - Draft, format, and structure content with images, internal links, and SEO best practices. - Apply HTML/CSS for content formatting and presentation consistency. - Coordinate content approvals and ensure alignment with business and user experience goals. Required Skills : - 2-3 years of experience in digital content operations or marketing operations. - Mandatory hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for content formatting, layout adjustments, and web publishing. - Working knowledge of JavaScript and JSON for handling dynamic content, integrations, and campaign-related configurations. - Hands-on experience with any one CMS (ICMS or Drupal or Adobe Experience Manager - AEM) experience in other CMS platforms will be provided through training. - Experience in MoEngage for campaign creation, triggers, journey setup, and execution. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and web integrations for connecting CMS, marketing tools, and third-party services. - Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL) for data validation, segmentation logic, or troubleshooting. - Strong understanding of CMS workflows, metadata management, and SEO fundamentals. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
