Area Sales ManagerLocation: Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain & Nearby Areas) Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:- Manage and drive sales through a team of Field Sales Executives and/or channel partners.- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned area.- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and local clients.- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to improve productivity.- Ensure achievement of area-wise monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Conduct training, performance reviews, and field visits with the sales team.- Implement marketing and promotional activities at the ground level.- Provide regular reports to the Regional Manager on sales, competition, and customer feedback. Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduate (Any stream); MBA/PG preferred.- 3-6 years of sales experience, including team handling or channel sales.- Experience in BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or Consumer Durable sector is a plus.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.- Knowledge of local geography and customer base in Madhya Pradesh.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
