You will work with engineering teams across geographies, obtain and facilitate knowledge transfers, train, and mentor local teams.
You will serve as a software engineer, working with global engineering, product management and design teams, and own the delivery of product features end to end.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science or related field with 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
5+ years of Full-Stack development experience using python or other modern languages, front-end technologies, libraries, frameworks (JavaScript, React etc.) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
3+ years of experience in system design, development, and delivery of highly scalable distributed multi-tenant SaaS products using AWS (preferred), Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
You are highly skilled in Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices Architecture and Event Driven Architecture.
Strong fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, design patterns and async programming.

Preferred Qualifications

A proven understanding of security best-practices in web development.
Knowledge/experience with AD/SAML/OAuth.
Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
Experience in Security domain.

For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
