Job Description:Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for Kellanova's Xtel application, ensuring smoothoperation and minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex applicationissues. Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency anduser experience. Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility andstability. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for applicationsupport. Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel orsimilar platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in relevant tools. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities. Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team. Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
