About the companyHRhelpdesk is a HR Advisory Company, it has been retained to manage end to end recruitment process for BMR Legal Advocates.BMR Legal Advocates is a boutique law firm founded in 2010 specializing in the areas of Corporate International Tax, Transfer Pricing, GST, Customs & Trade, with expertise in litigation services, controversy management, strategic transaction advisory and policy.Job ProfileCandidate will be exposed to a highly intellectual driven environment and will work exclusively in the BMR Legal Knowledge Team and assist the lead partner / broader stakeholders in:- Conducting and assisting in research on International Tax Law matters.- Assist in ensuring publication of articles/ books/ blogs/ research papers in the chosen area of international tax.- Assist in organizing conferences/ events and planning knowledge sharing activities.- Assist/ make presentations in various national and international forums on selected topics.- Willing to travel to Indian and overseas academic institutionsRequirements· A law degree from a reputed law school in India· An LLM in International tax law from a reputed university (Vienna, Leiden, Amsterdam, or a US University) is a plus.Experience: Not required.
