DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead/Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Android Automotive to join our automotive infotainment software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android system development, a solid understanding of AOSP, and hands-on experience working with automotive connectivity and multimedia features. This role requires strong collaboration, technical leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.Requirements

6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
In-depth knowledge of AOSP (Android Open Source Project) or Android Automotive.
Proficiency in Android Studio, Java, and Kotlin.
Experience with source control tools such as Git and repo.
Domain experience in connectivity (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) and/or multimedia/audio systems.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Job responsibilities

Lead or contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Android-based applications and services for automotive systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system architects, UX designers, hardware teams, and test engineers.
Optimize performance, reliability, and responsiveness of automotive Android features.
Debug and resolve complex issues involving Android platform, connectivity, and multimedia components.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
Ensure high code quality through testing, automation, and CI/CD best practices.
Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing across the team
