Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead key project initiatives within the automotive domain. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a solid working knowledge of OpenSearch (OSS) and AWS cloud technologies. This hybrid role requires someone who can effectively guide Agile teams while also understanding the technical landscape to support decision-making and drive execution.Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Own and prioritize the product backlog for OpenSearch features and related AWS infrastructure.
Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders for planning deliverables.
Define the product roadmap and Conduct backlog grooming
Willingness to support additional project activities as needed - including contributing to automation efforts using Java and Python

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ Years

OpenSearch: Proficient in configuring, maintaining, and tuning OpenSearch clusters for analytics and search performance.
AWS Cloud Services: Working knowledge of AWS and monitoring OpenSearch clusters.
Automotive Domain Expertise: Understanding of vehicle data, connected car platforms, telematics, diagnostics.
Data Analytics: Ability to understand and prioritize business insights use cases built on OpenSearch dashboards and queries.
Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools is a plus.
AI Technologies: Familiarity with AI technologies is considered a plus.
Experience in Agile Scrum Master Role.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent Agile tools.

QualificationsEducation Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive the team.
Working experience with automotive OEMs or suppliers.

Good to Have Qualifications:

Experience in leading cross-functional teams in data and analytics-heavy environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
