Job DescriptionTechnical competency :

Strong technical knowledge on drawing interpretation, interpreting and understanding of technical norms.
.Hands on experience on measuring instruments & Strong knowledge on various measuring techniques
Knowledge on APQP process ( PPAP documentation as per CP process ), E - ISIR (IT tool for PPAP), SAP QM module.
Effectively using CP IT tools (Bekis - Q , SRM , PILUM-Q , Supply on - QM , Work on - Concession etc )
Expert on problem solving methods , Techniques and quality tools.
Personal Competency
Should have good communication , presentation skills & make decisions during crisis. Demonstrate leadership skills and delegation
Have the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, willing to work in team and in situations drive a team to achieve a provided target, able to effectively communicate with departments of other Bosch plants and functions.

Responsibility :

Responsible for handling PQA functions [PPAP (ISIR) measurement , Inward inspection , Claims management ,Concessions and Defect cost recovery]

Responsible to manage your employees, develop technical, personal competencies & to track KPI's of PQA and define steps in co-ordination within CP functions for improvements.
Track supplier quality statistics and drive improvements through Q initiatives , to provide reports to the central functions of CP on a monthly basis as per directives & to Co-ordinate within CP functions for New projects , supplier escalations and developments.
Plan MAE , gauges and measuring equipment's as per requirements and new projects

Outstanding ability to manage internal and external customers and suppliers Self Motivating individual, who is able to work under adverse condition Excellent Team Player with strong result orientation. Flexible approach to work in a fast changing environment Strong capability to manage CFT.Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial engineering, Equivalent.

Professional experience in Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management desired.

Strong technical knowledge on drawing interpretation, interpreting and understanding of technical norms.

Knowledge on BLDC motor, Manufacturing process of Mechanical parts and cost calculations desired

Good MS Office, SAP and knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.

High degree of goal and result orientation.

Communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and assertiveness.

Independent and structured way of working.

Desired Experience

2-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Project Management/Engineering/Manufacturing
