🎓 Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Automobile EngineeringKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement Quality Assurance & Quality Control proceduresMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standardsInspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goodsConduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (ISO / IATF preferred)Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit recordsCoordinate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvementHandle internal and external quality auditsKey Skills & Requirements:2+ years of QA/QC experience in the Automobile IndustryStrong knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause AnalysisFamiliarity with ISO / IATF documentation and standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership and team management abilityProficiency in MS Office and quality reporting
