This role is critical in supporting the execution of our business strategy by identifying operational improvements, optimizing processes, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.Key Responsibilities:· Analyze and improve internal processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.· Collaborate with teams across functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR) to identify and execute operational improvements.· Develop and track key business metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.· Support strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking.· Manage special projects, including system implementations, vendor evaluations, and internal process audits.· Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions to streamline operations.· Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.· Contribute to business continuity and risk mitigation planning.Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fied.· 5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or related roles.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.· Familiarity with CRM (Lead Vision) /ERP systems· Experience with process automation toolsPowered by Webbtree
