- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and price bench-marking to support strategic decision-making and territory planning.
- Mentor and review performance of area teams, foster succession planning, and conduct training for continuous capability building.
- Ensure compliance with company systems, statutory norms, and maintain operational discipline across sales and administrative functions.
- Educational Background: BE/B.Tech in Civil or Chemical Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Industry Experience: 10+ years in channel sales, with strong exposure to construction chemicals and related product portfolios.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in dealer management, project management, and driving market growth through strategic planning.
- Customer Orientation: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solid customer service mindset.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, mentor junior staff, and manage cross-functional operations.
