Reporting to the Manager, Software Development Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, resilient user interfaces using ReactJS
Working with UX teams to convert designs into accessible, reusable components using the design system
Partnering with the backend team to develop RESTful APIs
Offering technical support and guidance to team members to tackle complex issues
Reviewing code and managing frontend testing to ensure best practices

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Over 5 years of experience in frontend development, including 4+ years building ReactJS applications with React Redux for complex state management
Extensive experience in ReactJS development using Typescript and ES6+, with all production applications built in Typescript
Expertise in HTML, CSS, semantic design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
Skilled in creating advanced, high-performance dashboards with visualization
Experienced in writing reliable tests for complex applications to ensure quality

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with backend development concepts, particularly using Node.js, is a plus
Familiar with AWS services for hosting and optimizing frontend applications
Skilled in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker for automated testing, builds, and deployments
