Should be able to maintain Victim's privacy and confidentiality with professional ethics Should know courts working and how court filing system works Should be able to travel out-city depending on the situation Experience in 498a , Domestic Violence, Sec-125 , Divorce Petition, Section 9 ,Maintenance cases 2019 or before batch law practitioners preferred.
