Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing works.Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings and technical specifications.Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams for smooth execution.Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing & commissioning activities.Identify technical issues and propose corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety procedures.Maintain daily progress reports and site records.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
