- Lead the Innovation incubation team & scale it to CoE levels through identify, distill, plan, collaborate, execute & support innovation strategies to support the company's initiatives at GCC level
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable innovation pipelines.
- Drive the execution of the company's vision for innovation, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and manage a team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-entity teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions across various platforms.
- Ensure quality, integrity, and security across all innovation development processes.
- 15+ years of technology experience, including at least 2+ years leading an enterprise-level Innovation team, preferably within a financial services organization.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and vision execution, with hands-on experience delivering large-scale solutions using AI/ML frameworks (Generative/Agentic AI, Deep Learning, NLP).
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark, with deep knowledge of cloud engineering on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance standards is desired.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
