- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll module, including Fast Formula, Extracts, business rules, workflows, and metadata framework.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into system solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle HCM application, providing Tier 2/3 support as needed.
- Conduct thorough testing of system changes in preview and production environments, ensuring data integrity and process optimization.
- Document configuration changes for stakeholders.
- Support mass data uploads into application as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, with at least 2 years directly configuring payroll and OTL modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management within application.
- Experience with system configuration, business rule creation, workflow administration, and data analysis in Oracle HCM.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business partners and technical teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with other Oracle HCM modules, particularly Time & Labor and Absence is a plus
- Oracle HCM certification (payroll) preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.
