THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead with deep technical expertise in Transact AA, Retail, Corporate, Trade Finance to lead complex development, maintenance and delivery initiatives. You will play a key role in leading engineering efforts, mentoring teams, and ensuring technical excellence across multiple client commitments in the corporate, retail
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will Lead design, development, and architecture of scalable, enterprise-grade applications
- You will Triage, analyze and provide solution for defects. Provide technical overview and guidance to team on technical and functional aspects.
- You will Drive end-to-end technical delivery of client-focused solutions with an Agile mindset
- You will Provide hands-on coding, debugging, and technical leadership throughout the SDLC
- You will Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- You will Conduct code reviews and enforce clean coding and design practices
- You will Partner with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams for continuous delivery
- You will Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability at all levels.
- You should have 10+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Transact, AA, etc.
- You should have Proven experience designing and delivering microservices and REST APIs
- You should have Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
- You should have Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- You should have Ability to lead agile teams, drive quality and consistency in technical delivery
- You should have Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
