PurposeWe are looking for an experienced Assistant
Manager - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring for our retail
business. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to fashion or
lifestyle brands, excellent stakeholder management skills, and fluent
English communication.Key
Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail,
and leadership roles
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring
needs and timelines
Drive bulk hiring for retail stores as well as niche
corporate positions
Source candidates through job portals, referrals,
social media, and vendors
Conduct preliminary screening and interviews ensuring
quality talent fit
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
Maintain hiring MIS, dashboards, and recruitment
metrics
Work closely with external recruitment agencies and
vendors
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiativesRequired
Skills & Experience5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in retail
brands
Mandatory experience in fashion or lifestyle
industry (preferred)
Strong exposure to volume and lateral hiring
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
