Job Description:Role Detail: Manager Outsourcing and Subcontracting1) To take decision on L1 vendor for placement of purchase order2) To discuss and negotiate with vendor3) To ensure timely preparation of PO by buyer, FIM movement to vendor, departmental activity process control,4) Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced product5) New Vendor Development for Pressure parts, non pressure parts and attachment manufacturing6) Development of outsource process for Pressure Parts manufacturing from vendor7) Expediting8) Troubleshooting9) Driving Kaizen, 5S culture among team and at vendor location10) FIM accounting and reconciliation for outsource item11) Coordination with internal departments like QA/QC, F&A, Planning, PMG, Engineering, Production, Store, Logistics, SCM, Inventory Control etc12) Digital initiative for process improvements
