Job Type: Full-Time | Field-based RoleJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Field Executive to handle customer visits, resolve queries and complaints, manage service coordination, and assist in material delivery and vendor communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling and handling customer interactions professionally.Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers for service requests, complaint resolution, and follow-up
- Handle customer queries and grievances with timely action and professionalism
- Ensure timely material delivery, pickup, or verification at customer sites
- Coordinate with internal departments for service, purchase orders, and documentation
- Liaise with vendors for material availability, dispatches, and support
- Maintain records of customer interactions, service updates, and feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management
- Assist in field data collection, feedback reporting, and support ticket closure
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of materials, purchase processes, and documentation
- Ability to handle complaints, queries, and service issues independently
- Experience in vendor coordination and logistics follow-up
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and report generation
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally for customer visits
- Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, or Commerce)
- 1–3 years of experience in field service/customer coordination roles
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
