- 5+ years of hands-on Okta IAM development experience. Migration/administration experience doesn't count
- Experience beyond basic UI-level configurations
- Strong skills in Okta Actions, ACUL, and custom access policy design
- Proven Terraform expertise for infrastructure automation and environment provisioning
- Experience in user migration from legacy identity solutions to Okta
- Ability to independently design and implement a complete Okta setup, including integrations and security policies
- Solid knowledge of OAuth2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, and IAM best practices
- Preferably certified in Okta or related IAM technologies
- Strong developer background (not just admin-level experience)
- Deep hands-on experience with Auth0, beyond just migration
- Proven usage of Terraform in tenant setup and configuration
