Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop & execute strategies to expand brewing solutions in key industries.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams for customized enterprise solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, service SLAs, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Key Account Managers.
What We're Looking For:
  • 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Strong B2B account management background; exposure to IoT devices, food-tech, or SaaS preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts & revenue portfolios.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
