- Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise clients.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Develop & execute strategies to expand brewing solutions in key industries.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams for customized enterprise solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, service SLAs, and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Key Account Managers.
- 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Strong B2B account management background; exposure to IoT devices, food-tech, or SaaS preferred.
- Proven track record in managing large corporate accounts & revenue portfolios.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
