As a Substation O&M Executive, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of substations. This is a full-time position based in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, India with a requirement of less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Knowledge of substation operations and maintenance Familiarity with electrical equipment and systems Basic understanding of power distribution systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Roles And Responsibilities Operate and maintain substations ensuring efficient and reliable power supply Perform routine inspections, tests, and maintenance of substation equipment Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and perform repairs when necessary Monitor and analyze substation performance data to optimize efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and guidelines Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
