Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception and administrative duties at our wellness center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in front office management, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent patient care.Key Responsibilities:1. Reception & Customer Servicea. Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude.b. Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for all patients.c. Build rapport with patients by providing excellent customer service.d. Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and the regional language.2. Appointment & Administrative Managementa. Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.b. Maintain accurate patient records and update the hospital management system.c. Handle billing, invoices, and daily cash transactions responsibly.d. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.3. Sales & Package Promotiona. Educate and upsell treatment packages, wellness programs, and memberships.b. Explain the benefits of various services to patients and encourage enrolment.c. Assist in promotional activities and campaigns for wellness programs.4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)a. Follow up with patients for appointments, treatments, and feedback.b. Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.c. Handle patient feedback and contribute to improving service quality.5. Digital & Technical Skillsa. Proficient in MS Office, hospital management software, and CRM tools.b. Utilize social media tools for promotions and engagement.c. Maintain digital records and ensure proper documentation of patient interactions.6. Professionalism & Hygiene Standardsa. Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.b. Adhere to workplace hygiene and safety protocols.c. Ensure a clean and organized reception area.7. Knowledge of Ayurveda & Panchakarma (Preferred)- Basic understanding of Ayurvedic treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and eye care.- Assist patients with inquiries related to Ayurveda and holistic treatments.Preferred Candidate:- Female candidates preferred.- Prior experience in a medical or wellness center is an advantage.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (ref:updazz.com)
