You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to create impactful visuals that engage our audience and elevate our brand presence.Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Branding:
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print media.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a strong brand identity.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats including social media posts, banners, presentations, websites, and brochures.
- Adobe Suite Expertise:
- Use Photoshop for high-quality image editing, retouching, and manipulation.
- Leverage Illustrator for creating vector-based illustrations, logos, and design elements.
- Utilize InDesign for designing layouts, marketing collateral, and publication materials.
- Apply Premiere Pro skills to create and edit video content, animations, and promotional clips.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into impactful designs.
- Understand business and campaign requirements, ensuring timely and quality creative output.
- Collaborate with content writers, videographers, and developers to bring concepts to execution.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets for efficient workflow.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve design processes and enhance creative output.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas.
- Experiment with new design techniques, layouts, and digital formats.
- Ensure designs are optimized for both digital platforms (social, web, video) and print production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign (mandatory).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, layout, branding, and video editing work.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
